4) Booking and Ordering Policies
Table Reservations: Reservations can be made via the App. Users must provide accurate information regarding date, time.
Event and Party Bookings: Users must submit a request through the App for events and parties. Approval will be subject to availability and terms of service.
Ordering: Users can place orders for food and beverages through the App for delivery or pickup. All prices are listed in the App and are subject to change without notice.
5) Payment Terms
All payments made through the App are processed securely. Users agree to pay all charges incurred through their account at the prices in effect at the time of the transaction. Unauthorized use or fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension.
6) Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of table reservations must be made at least one hour before the reservation time for a full refund.
Event and party cancellations are subject to terms outlined at the time of booking.
Food orders may be subject to specific refund policies based on timing and preparation status.
